The third CAPRI evaluation meeting will be held in the multi-cultural and friendly city of Toronto. Toronto is also the home of a vibrant community of structural biologists and of several high profile structural genomics, functional genomics and proteomics efforts.
The CAPRI Management Team and the Meeting Organizing Committee cordially invite scientists interested in protein-protein interactions, and particularly all members of CAPRI predictor groups to join us for this 2-day event.

A special issue of the Journal Proteins, Structure Function and Bioinformatics will be devoted to CAPRI results.We are still actively raising funds to be able to cover in part or in whole travel expenses and accommodation for members of CAPRI predictor groups (at least one member per group). All participants are required to pre-register for the meeting, to help us plan catering and meals.
Registration fees, of $190 Canadian Dollars will be charged for attending talks and poster session, and covering meals expenses.
Assistance with hotel reservations will be available for hotels chosen from the list provided in the registration material.
